NCDB submission file creation has been updated to use multiple CPDMS.net case affiliations to create one NCDB record. This change only applies to facilities that create separate case affiliations for multiple facilities that are considered a single facility for NCDB submissions. |

This restriction will be removed after CPDMS.net has been updated to use the latest CSV2 release which handles new requirements for these cases. The new CSV2 revisions is currently estimated to be available around mid-April. |
