Component	Summary
Data Exchange	Updated death clearance processing to provide the ability to filter the death certificate list. A filter selection form can be used to prevent the list from displaying patients with the selected criteria. The criteria available for selection are: Patients with Vital Status indicating dead, patients with Date of Last Contact equal to Date of Death, and patients with all Diagnosis Dates prior to the facility reference year or 1995 (1995 is used if the reference year is 1995 or later). The criteria can be selected separately or in combination.
Data Entry	Revised NAACCR Therapy to set RX Hosp--DX/Stg Proc to 0 instead of 9 when a DX/Stg Proc was performed but no DX/Stg Proc was performed at this facility
