Updated case key change to reset Date Case Completed and Date Class Hx Completed when the Diagnosis Date is changed and exceeds Date Completed values. This is to prevent an edit check error that requires Date Completed values to be later than Diagnosis Date. |

Fixed a bug that prevented Date Class Hx Completed from being set. This bug only affected a few Class Hx records in a multi-hospital facility. The Class Hx records were fixed by copying the Date Class Hx Completed CoC value into Date Class Hx Completed field. |
