Updated the criteria used for assigning which facility owns a case in multiple facility databases. When a facility owns a case the class hx data for that facility is stored in the case. Previously, case ownership was assigned to the facility which had the best class of case value. If there were multiple facilities with the best class of case, the ownership would be assigned to the one that last edited the case. Now the ownership of the case will be assigned the the facility with the best class of case, earliest date of first contact, and earliest date case completed (listed in the order of priority). |
