General Remove Old FES Link from Cpdms Landing Page
CPDMS checks if a user's browser is in Compatibility Mode.
Instructions if you have Compatibility Mode enabled:
  1. Go to the "Tools" button in the upper right hand park of the Internet Explorer browser then click "Compatibility View settings".
  2. A new window will pop up. Remove "cpdms.net" from the "Websites you've added to compatibility mode".
  3. If there are no websites in the list, please uncheck "Disable intranet sites in Compatibility View".
