Updated some 2019-2020 cases to set Mets at DX fields to 0. Due to some coding changes, Mets at DX = 8 is no longer valid for schema IDs 00821 (plasma cell disorders) and 00830 (heme/retic) when topography is not C420-C421 or C423-C424. Also modified corresponding edits with these changes. Also added checks to require Mets at DX = 8 for C77.0-C77.9 after 2021. |
